Front Desk Service and Door Staff 24/7

 

Experienced, professional staff members assist 3150 homeowners, greet visitors and oversee building security.  The Front Desk and Door Staff members are available 24 hours each day, seven days a week. The Front Desk Staff members also handle after hours emergencies. 

 

Cooling / Heat

 

All units and common areas of the building are cooled and heated by a dual-temp system that is maintained by the Association.  The unit owner is responsible for their electricity usage, while the air conditioning and heating system is funded through the assessment.      

 

Bicycle Storage

Secured bicycle storage is available.  All bicycles must be registered in the management office prior to and must display a building-issued tag. 

Cable TV and Building Information Channel

 

Fiber-optic cable TV service is delivered directly to the building.  The Association has a bulk cable TV contract with RCN, which provides all homeowners with an expanded lineup of about 80 channels. Digital TV, Premium Channel Service and On-Demand features are available through RCN Cable for an additional fee.

 

Fitness Room

 

The fitness room is accessible 24/7 and contains treadmills, stationery bikes, free weights and a multipurpose weight machine.   This room is available to homeowners free of charge.

 

 

Garage / Guest Parking

 

3150 features a full-service valet-park garage in a four-level structure with weekly car wash service included in the monthly parking fee.  Owners are charged $11.99 plus tax for overnight guest car parking. Car washing is available for a minimal cost.

 

 

 

Hospitality Room / Children’s Play Room

 

A party room with cooking capacity, tables and chairs can accommodate up to 50 people for private functions.  Adjacent to this space is an area space designated for children’s play with toys, books and games.  This room is available to homeowners for a nominal fee.

  

Broadband Internet Access

 

High speed internet access is available through our Cable TV provider, RCN. DSL service is also available through our phone company, SBC-ATT.  Wi-Fi available on the basement level.

 

Laundry Facility

 

A laundry room is located on the basement level and features 15 commercial washers and 6 commercial dryers, equipped with both front loader washer and dryers and top loader washer and dryers.  The facility is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These machines operate with a smartcard. These cards are available at the front desk, and cards can be refilled in the laundry.

 

Library

 

Maintained by volunteers, the 24-hour library houses shared reference, fiction and non-fiction reading materials for use by all unit owners – including children. 

 

Lobby

 

The 3150 lobby is encased in full-length windows with high ceilings and Rosewood-paneled walls.  Our spacious lobby spans the entire length of the building with furnishings that create a timeless style of elegance and comfort.

 

 

Location

Outdoor Pool with Gas Grill

 

Located on the 3rd floor level, homeowners take pleasure in a sun deck and private outdoor pool with lounge chairs, tables and a gas grill. Just call the front desk to reserve the grill. Grills are located on the sun deck and on the pool deck levels.

 

Receiving Room

 

Located on the basement level, the receiving room is staffed to accept incoming packages and deliveries from our easily accessible loading dock.

 

Resident Engineer

 

The Association employs a full time, on-site resident engineer.  Working closely with association management and the Board, the building's systems are kept in excellent working condition with the services of the engineers and maintenance staff members and outside vendors as may be needed.

 

Sun Deck with Gas Grill

 

The views from the 3150 rooftop are spectacular and can be enjoyed year round.  Outfitted with lounge furniture and a gas grill, homeowners enjoy a bird’s eye view of the Air and Water Show as well as the fire works displays at Navy Pier.  

 

Storage Lockers

 

Each unit is provided one storage locker at no charge.  Subject to availability, additional storage is available for a nominal fee.
