wall systems.  Two main elements: 38-story residential tower and 3-story enclosed
garage structure.  Foundation of reinforced concrete bearing on reinforced concrete

Floorplan: Two apartments per elevator foyer, and three elevator foyers on each level, floors #3 - #37. 

Elevators: Six passenger elevators divided into three banks of two, and
one hydraulic passenger elevator for pool access.

Each facade is unique. Views of the Northeast, Southeast and West faces, resp.

The building is of a style inspired by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
